Clinical Psychologist / Director
Rebecca Mailli is a Clinical Psychologist, specialising in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, adults and families. Rebecca is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and has membership with the Australian Psychological Society. Rebecca is the founder of MindTime Psychology.
Rebecca has clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment disorders, childhood disorders (including ASD and ADHD), chronic pain, eating disorders, stress management, relationship difficulties, parenting support and peer relationship difficulties.
Rebecca has extensive experience completing a range of psychological assessments, including IQ, Achievement, Personality, and Vocational assessments, as well as diagnostic testing for ASD, ADHD, Learning Disorders and emotional assessments.
Rebecca has training and experience in a range of evidence-based treatment paradigms, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Family Therapy (BFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Griffith University, Masters in Psychology (Clinical) from Bond University, and is currently completing her PhD.
Dr Linn Aslund

Linn Aslund is a gentle, caring and compassionate ClinicalPsychologist with experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings.
Linn is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and holds associate membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) at the University of the Sunshine Coast and her Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Queensland University of Technology.
Linn has experience in the assessment and treatment of a variety of mental health presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem issues, stress and adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, drug and alcohol problems, and psychosis.
Linn takes a person-centered approach to therapy, working with the individual towards an agreed upon goal whether this be symptom relief, behaviour change, or increased insight. She utilises a range of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. Above all, Linn endeavors to provide a safe and comforting therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable to discuss their thoughts and feelings.
Emily is a Registered Psychologist specialising in the assessment and treatment of adolescents and adults. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) from Southern Cross University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of New England.
Emily has successfully worked with people who are experiencing an array of mental health presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, adjustment difficulties, and low self-esteem/confidence. In addition she is experienced in assisting clients with workplace issues including burnout, stress, bullying and work-related injuries. Where needed, Emily also utilises clinical screening tools with clients, and can assist with formal assessments for memory, intelligence, personality, and vocations
Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Individual and Vocational Counselling and Mindfulness. Emily is a strong believer that people are not defined by their mental health, and she strives to empower people to facilitate change and achieve their goals.
