Fees
We welcome referral from GP's, Paediatricians, Psychiatrists or Self-Referrals.
Individuals with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP or referral from a Paediatrician or Psychiatrist will be eligible for rebates through Medicare.
Our Psychologists are registered providers with Private Health Insurance Agencies and individuals may be eligible for rebates depending on an individual's level of cover / policy.
We are able to provide NDIS services for Self Managed and Agency Managed plans.

and / or assessment fees.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation and we can offer you your Medicare rebate immediately at the time of your consultation. Facilities to offer Private Health rebates are also available and can be processed via HICAPS at the time of consultation.
We accept Cash, Credit Card and EFTPOS as methods of payment.
If costs are an issue, please discuss this with us when booking your appointment. In some situtions we may be able to reduce fees for our clients. Please contact us to find out more information.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment to avoid paying a cancellation fee. This will allow us to ensure that we can provide this valuable time to other clients in need of support.
Cancellations of appointments on the day or failure to attend appointments without notice will result in the full session fee being implemented (without any rebate able to be provided).
